In the race of the thinnest smart phones till now Motorola RAZR is the boss with its thickness of 7.1 mm(impossibly thin), however if Fujitsu had their way and pending FCC approval, their Fujitsu Arrows F-07D smart phone could beat Motorola Droid RAZR as it measures 6.7 mm with its thickest sections being about 2 mm thicker, at least that’s according to FCC filings. The Fujitsu Arrows F-07D will probably never leave Japan, which is distasteful, but at least it demonstrates that building thin smartphones isn’t exactly.
With the thinnest and stylish body, Fujitsu Arrows F-07D comes with 4-inch, 854 x 480 resolution display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass protection, single-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM and 1GB internal storage. The Arrows F-07D runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Arrows F-07D also offers a 5.0 megapixel good camera and will be waterproof smart phone as per normal with the phones in Japan, and manages to squeeze in micro-USB and micro-HDMI ports.
The Fujitsu Arrows F-07D is expected to launch in Japan on NTT DoCoMo’s network come 2012. There’s no word on pricing or additional availability yet.
